An environmental decision has already been issued, which significantly shortens project preparation. The plan allows industrial, service and warehouse buildings up to 16 m high covering up to 50% of the plot, with at least 25% green area. The plot is on Industrialna street, next to logistics parks and plants (including Panattoni, GOLDBECK and the Żabka logistics centre), with quick access to the A2 and S11. The municipality has signed an agreement to build an access road from Szkolna street.
