What we check free of charge
Before presenting a property to an investor, we check it in public registers. You receive our assessment of what can be built on the site and who it suits.
- Local zoning plan and the municipal general plan: permitted use and building parameters
- Utilities: power, gas, water, sewage and available grid capacity nearby
- Access: distance to motorways, expressways, airports and ports
- Restrictions: nature protection, flood risk, agricultural land
- Land transaction prices in the area (Polish Real Estate Price Register)
- Possible PSI tax incentive for the future investor

Is the assessment paid?
No. The initial assessment is free and without obligation.
Can I lease my hall or warehouse instead of selling it?
Yes. We look for both buyers and tenants for production halls and warehouses.
My land has no local zoning plan. Is it worth submitting?
Yes. We check the municipal general plan, the development options and the surroundings. What matters is whether something can be built there.
I don't know the plot number. What should I do?
Enter the town and describe the site; we will check the rest. If you mark the plot on the map, we take the number and area from the register.
Will the location and my details be public?
Not without your consent. Some sites are presented to investors confidentially only, without being published online.
