View gallery (2)Szprotawa Logistics Center is a modern logistics centre in Dziećmiarowice near Szprotawa, on the DK12 national road. Up to 278,000 m² of buildings are planned on the 45.75 ha site: phase I 127,000 m², phase II 77,000 m² and phase III 74,000 m², with buildings up to 20 m high.
The project can be delivered within 6-8 months of signing. It has a valid building permit for phase I and an environmental decision for phases I and II, and the buildings can be adapted as BTS or BTO. Technical conditions have been issued for 10 MW, expandable to 19 MW, and for gas up to 1,000 m3/h. The A18 motorway is 25 km away.
