Park Zielona Góra / Niedoradz is a future class A warehouse and logistics complex in the heart of western Poland, right next to the S3 expressway and close to Zielona Góra city centre. The project comprises warehouses of various sizes with modern offices: building A approx. 51,500 m², B approx. 37,300 m² and C approx. 17,900 m².

The site covers 23.52 ha and a geotechnical survey has been completed. The local zoning plan being adopted provides for buildings up to 30 m high covering up to 70% of the plot. Proximity to Zielona Góra provides access to skilled workers, while the Nowa Sól river port and the Niedoradz railway complement road transport.
