Plot no. 536/2 in the Kiełcz precinct has a regular shape, access via regional roads 283 and 333, and the nearest houses are approx. 1.6 km away.
The plot has all key decisions: an environmental decision permitting industrial activity, a building permit for phase I (buildings, roads, infrastructure, greenery) and a geotechnical survey of the whole site. The documentation can be adapted to a new investor's needs. Confirmed 3 MW of power (ENEA), gas up to 700 m3/h (PSG), own water intake up to 9.9 m3/h and the option of photovoltaics up to 0.5 MWp.
